Accessibility Policy
EXPEFLOW Inc. ("EXPEFLOW", "we", "us"), is committed to diversity, inclusion and accessibility for persons with disability. EXPEFLOW has established an Accessibility Policy consistent with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA). The AODA seeks to ensure fair and equitable access to programs and services and to improve opportunities for persons with disabilities.

DEFINITIONS
The AODA uses the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) definition of "disability".
"Disability" according to the OHRC means: "...for the reason that the person has or has had, or is believed to have had,
- any degree of physical disability, infirmity, malformation or disfigurement that is caused by bodily injury, birth defect or illness and, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, includes diabetes mellitus, epilepsy, a brain injury, any degree of paralysis, amputation, lack of physical co-ordination, blindness or visual impediment, deafness or hearing impediment, muteness or speech impediment, or physical reliance on a guide dog or other animal or on a wheelchair or other remedial appliance or device,
- a condition of mental impairment or a developmental disability,
- a learning disability, or a dysfunction in one or more of the processes involved in understanding or using symbols or spoken language,
- a mental disorder, or
- an injury or disability for which benefits were claimed or received under the insurance plan established under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997".

EXPEFLOW's objective is to ensure fair and equal treatment of persons with disabilities while providing our services and employment opportunities.

INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION
EXPEFLOW is committed to meeting the communication needs of people with disabilities and will communicate in ways that take into account a disability.

TRAINING
EXPEFLOW is committed to training employees and others regarding the provisions and ways to ensure accessibility programs, goods, services and workplace.

ASSISTIVE DEVICES
EXPEFLOW will accommodate persons with disabilities to use their personal assistive devices while on our premises and we will make every effort to accommodate persons with disabilities with all types of assistive devices.

SERVICE ANIMALS AND SUPPORT PERSONS
EXPEFLOW welcomes onto its premises service animals and support persons upon whom persons with disabilities rely.

DESIGN OF PUBLIC SPACES
EXPEFLOW will meet the accessibility standards for the Design of Public Spaces when building or making major modifications to public spaces. When modifications are needed for public spaces used but not owned by EXPEFLOW, we will contact the owner/manager of the public space to request the needed modifications and ensure that they meet the accessibility needs of people with disabilities.

REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS AND FEEDBACK PROCESS
EXPEFLOW will evaluate and carefully consider all requests for accommodation to determine whether any remedial actions are appropriate. We will make reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities, employees and others unless doing so would impact their safety or create an undue hardship for EXPEFLOW.
All feedback, including complaints and requests for reasonable accommodation, will be identified, reviewed, decided upon, and documented.

NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY
EXPEFLOW will notify the public that our policies are available upon request in the Accessibility Policy section of our website.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY DISRUPTION
EXPEFLOW will notify persons with disabilities promptly in the event of a planned or unexpected disruption to services or facilities. This notice will be provided in accessible formats and posted in public areas.

MODIFICATIONS TO POLICIES
Any of EXPEFLOW's policies that do not respect and promote the dignity and independence of people with disabilities will be modified and/or removed.
